You’ll be notified once your Cookie Jar, Hazy Vasie or Wish Jar has been shipped.

Please let us know of any shipping damages within 48 hours at hazy@hazymae.com. If damages occur, we will ship a new item to you if we have it in stock, or produce a new one.

Send an email to hazy@hazymae.com, and we will issue you a free return shipping label.

Upon the arrival of the return, your replacement will be shipped in 1-3 days, or begin production, which will take 6 weeks, or your refund will be issued.

To make sure your Ceramic Art stays beautiful, please hand-wash with a non abrasive cloth or hand wash with a mild cleanser.

Please don’t wash your Hazy Mae Cookie Jar, Hazy Vasie or Wish Jar in the dishwasher & please don’t place it in a hot or cold environments such as an oven or freezer.
